Packages can include your ground rent until the end of the year, first seasons memberships, siting of the caravan, a storage unit, gas walk in packs and more! Making your first years running costs low. New models generally start from around £39,995 and pre-owned start from around £20,000. The main costs of running a static caravan include; ground rent, utilities (gas, water, and electric), caravan insurance, and refuse. Ground Rent on Stanwix Park for 2025 is between £3075 - £3390 depending on pitch or £3725 on the New Development, and £2400 on Hylton Park.
